Shipping Policy

At TeesTrek, we take pride in providing a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our customers. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure that your orders are delivered to you in a timely and secure manner.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 in the U.S.

Shipping charges are estimated based on your location, the order’s weight and shipping method selected. We strive to offer competitive shipping rates to ensure that you receive the best value for your money. The minimum standard shipping fee will be $4.87.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance. Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise, the package we mail to you will be returned to us.

Delivery time

We offer a variety of shipping methods to accommodate your needs. Whether you prefer standard shipping or expedited delivery, we have options available to suit your timeline. When processing your order, we consider the following factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date:

- Order Processing Time:
Once you have placed your order and after your payment is authorized and verified, our team of experts begins the process of creating your order. Each order is carefully crafted and printed with your chosen design, photo, customizations or logo, and this process often takes 5-7 business days, so please be patient with us.

- Transit Time: 
The duration of transit varies based on your location. Rest assured, we prioritize selecting an inventory from our warehouse closest to your location to speed up shipping of your order.

You'll receive a shipment notification email that will provide you with the tracking number once your order has been shipped.

We have the following shipping option available in the U.S.

Standard - Delivery in 3 to 5 Business Days after dispatch via UPS/USPS

Please allow 5-7 business days for processing before orders ship from our warehouse. Also, please note that these shipping times are estimates and may be subject to unforeseen delays, such as weather conditions or customs clearance. We recommend allowing for additional time during peak holiday seasons.

Please note transit times will vary. Please note we do not ship to freight forwarding address.


Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your package and estimate its arrival date. If you have any questions or concerns about the status of your order, our Customer Service team is here to assist you.

If the carrier’s tracking link for your order is not showing activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Service to investigate. You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail or by logging in to your account.

Changing Shipping Address

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We know carrier issues and delays can happen. We find that some carriers may scan a package as “Delivered” when it is still out for delivery and will sometimes physically deliver the parcel within the next four business days.

After 4 business days, if your order is showing as "Delivered” by the carrier, and you have still not located your package, and you have checked the area surrounding your delivery address please contact Customer Service for assistance.

Please note, TeesTrek is not liable for missing packages marked delivered. If you believe this was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly. At this time, we're not currently set up for reshipment orders or exchanges and require that a new order is placed with the returned funds.

International Shipping

We are proud to offer international shipping to customers around the world. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees may be applied by your country's customs department. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost. The standard transit times vary from 12-18 business days after order ships depending on your location.
