Return Policy
At TeesTrek, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality customized product. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may need to return a product. This page outlines our return policy and provides you with all the necessary information to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process.
Eligibility for Returns
In order to be eligible for a return, your product(s) must meet the following criteria:
-The product(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.
-The product(s) must be in its original packaging.
-The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Please note that personalized orders cannot be returned unless there is a defect in the product or an error in the customization process. We take great care to ensure that your designs are accurately printed, but if you do encounter any issues, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Return Process
If you meet the eligibility criteria for a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our Customer Service team at support@teestrek.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide them with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. Our supportive agents will review your request and assist you within 24 hours.
Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with further instructions, including the return address. We can provide you a pre-paid return shipping label via email. If so, using the provided label, please drop off your package at any Post Office location. Pre-paid domestic returns are subject to a $6.99 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. You are free to send back the returned goods with the shipper of your choice at your expense, if you choose to do so.
We recommend insuring your package and contacting our Customer Service at support@teestrek.com with the tracking number once shipped. You will have 7 days from the day you receive the pre-paid return shipping label to drop it off at your local carrier in order to receive a refund. If more than 30 days have passed since you received the product(s), unfortunately, we can no longer offer you a refund.
Securely package the product(s) in its original packaging, ensuring that it is well-protected to prevent any damage during transit. Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Once we receive the returned product(s) and verify its eligibility for a return, we will process your refund to your original form of payment. Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable. It takes additional time for your financial institution to make funds available in your account. Refer to the following table for more details.
Credit card - Up to 10 business days
Paypal - 3 to 7 business days
Note: In case the credit has not been posted to your account yet, please contact the card-issuing bank for further assistance. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your original payment method.
Additional Returns Guidelines
Products must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and liners still attached. If you ordered an item without an attached tag, please return it with the original packaging.
If you are returning multiple orders, do so separately to avoid processing delays of up to 8 business days from the first refund issuance. If your order was purchased with a gift card, the refund will be issued back to the same gift card.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs that do not meet the above criteria.
Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
